Tasks that I used to perform on a daily basis:
1) Software-related:
- software testing, debugging (by my own hands or by creating a detailed request to the senior developer if my own skill+google is not enough or source code is not available);
- writing manuals and path notes for user/customer/technical specialist needs (mainly for internal use);
- writing simple c# code, mainly in cooperation with senior developer;
- designing new features for existing products and creating logic behind it;
- digital gods selling (that includes producing, advertising, communication with customers and technical support);
2) Technical:
- PC and server maintenance: diagnosing, cleaning, faulty parts replacement, building the computer network (including all tasks with wires);
- creating a variety of PC configurations based on any needs and budget. 
Common cycle: create configuration, find parts (new or used), ensure delivery logistics, build PC or server, and prepare it for the user (setup OS, install and tune programs, write a usage guide if necessary).
*both tasks used to be done in person or using step-by-step guidance on remote;
3) Management:
- hunt and hire (or cooperate with) specialists that is required for the current project; 
- manage budget and salaries;
- provide daily/weekly/monthly tasks for each team member;
- create educational/demonstration materials for new hire or new task;
- continuous re-evaluation of team efficiency and finding way to improve it (including management approach improvement);
*no experience with teams larger than 5-10 people;
